Integration Practices

​Integration Practices are one of the most important parts of creating healthy and integrated psychological and spiritual growth. While meditation opens you up to reach new heights, expand your awareness, and become receptive to vibrant new energies, Integration Practices are a powerful way to ground and integrate these fresh energies through new ways of living and loving.  

These practices help you to be more present in the moment, integrate the many part of yourself into a highly functioning whole, and more fully live what you know to be true in your heart and soul. They create a pathway to bring your "aha" moments into fuller expression through every part of your being.

Integration Practices act as a catalyst for new ways of moving, thinking, feeling, imagining, touching, or creating. The more deeply you engage your physical body, senses, feelings, and emotions; through movement, breath, and heightened awareness, the more powerful these practices become. A powerful way to work with these practices is to choose one that appeals to you. Then do it each day for five days. You will definitely create a shift for yourself.
